  • Provide analytical and synthetic expertise to help support, develop, perform, and transfer analytical methods for the qualification of Mirus raw materials and product formulations. This includes the characterization, purity, identity, and stability of small molecules, lipids, and polymers using various techniques, such as ultra/high performance liquid chromatography (U/HPLC), nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR), fourier-transform infra-red (FTIR) spectroscopy, gel permeation chromatography (GPC), mass spectrometry (MS), dynamic light scattering (DLS), and others.
  • Synthesize and characterize small molecules, polymers and lipids to develop qualified materials.
  • Design and perform forced degradation studies on new and existing raw materials and product formulations.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) to enable the technical transfer of analytical methods to internal and external partners; help write, and review SOPs related to analytical instrumentation and associated methods.
